This Privacy Policy applies to the Fitness Flow Planner mobile application and related support services operated by FAE SPEED LIMITED (the “Application” and the “Service Provider”). Effective date: 2026-09-24.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log or store personal information during ordinary use. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol information such as a temporary IP address may be transmitted to enable network connectivity, but this information is not retained for tracking purposes.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?
No personal data is collected through normal use of the Application, so no such data is disclosed to third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?
Because the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, uninstalling it from your device ends your use of the Application. If you voluntarily provide information directly to the Service Provider, you may request removal of that information by contacting zainmnmalik@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required under applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children. If information is voluntarily submitted on behalf of a child where permitted by law, the parent or guardian must provide any required consent.
Security
As the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, the privacy risk is limited. Even so, the Service Provider applies reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect systems and any information that may be voluntarily submitted through direct contact.
Data Breach Notification
If a breach affects information that has been voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, notification will be given where required by applicable law.
Data Retention
Because the Application does not collect personal information during normal in-app use, there is generally no retained user profile or behavioural database associated with your use. If you contact the Service Provider directly, any correspondence you voluntarily submit may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of information that you have voluntarily shared with the Service Provider by emailing zainmnmalik@gmail.com. Requests will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable legal and operational requirements. Information that must be kept for compliance, security or record-keeping purposes may be retained for the period required by law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be reflected on this page together with an updated effective date. Previous versions can be requested via zainmnmalik@gmail.com.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
